Main role:
- Carry out Corporate business re-engineering directives
- Senior advisor to functional business leaders
- Devise and implement in partnership with IS&T processes & systems solutions that meet the needs of changing business conditions
- Project manage cross-functional re-engineering implementations
- Provide expertise in change management,
- Drive for continual Business Process Improvement
- Insure process integration across enterprise, regionally and globally
- Research & recommend best practices for function/process
- Research and understand emerging trends in the business landscape
- Develop good, up to date knowledge of IT capabilities
Key Responsibilities
Work within the business (usually cross functionally) to document and gain final approval for the Business Requirements Work with the Business Process Owner to enhance the Business Processes to meet the Business Requirements Articulate the Business Requirements to the IT Consultants and assist in the formulation of a prototype or proof of concept solution Work with the IT Consultants to design the final solution to meet the requirements Manage the User acceptance test and implementation of the business change and supporting systems change across ACI and Asia users Validate the ROI was met post implementation
Skills Required Ideally :
Business process knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Order Management, Logistics, as well as SD, MM, PP SAP modules Project Management skills Expert communication skills SAP User Responsibility/Ownership of ROI of each project Integrate business process changes into the overall project Business Requirements User Acceptance and Implementation within the Business (non technical) Change Management aspects within the business Business Alignment Strong alignment with one business function but cross functionally integrated within the Business Integration group. For example, Order Management would have one BP Engineer who would have depth of Order Management, SD SAP modules business process knowledge but also can pull on the other BPR knowledge to integrate cross functionally.
Education Masters Graduate preferable, however, Hons Degree in appropriate discipline may suffice.
