One of Venn Group's leading clients, a multinational consultancy firm based in Dublin 4, are currently recruiting for Helpdesk Agents to work on Spanish/Portuguese/Italian/ German speaking markets.
Key Responsibilities
• Provides first level IT support to Accenture employees and partners in a call centre environment. Performs initial level of problem identification and attempts resolution
• Assumes ownership for the coordination, investigation and documentation of customer problems.
• Will be the primary point of contact for the customer
• Ensures that correct resolutions are found and involves appropriate areas in resolving problems when needed
• Develops and maintains product knowledge, business and professional skills by participating in on-the-job and other training courses
• Actively participates in preventive maintenance, by documenting common problems and scripts for customer support
• Shares information required for the team to be successful
• Demonstrates understanding of the customer’s business needs and is able to achieve and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings Develops and maintains knowledge of Remedy (incident tracking system), Central Support Knowledge Base and of the call centre’s procedures and business environment
Experience in:
• XP Office
• Office 2003
• Proficient with Outlook 2003 in particular
• Use of some kind of incident tracking system - ideally Remedy or Siebel
• Remote Tools - Netmeeting / PC Anywhere
• PDA’s or Blackberry devices - Windows Mobile 5
• Basic understanding of PC Hardware
• Microsoft Network Operating Systems
