Our client, one of the world\'s largest multinational IT companies designing and manufacturing consumer electronics and related software products, is currently recruiting E-Commerce Specialists with fluent German for their online store based in Cork. In this role you will provide a broad range of services including Fraud Analysis and Credit Card Verification as well as resolving general queries from internal and external customers.
The company offers a 4-8 months contract or a temporary contract with a view to going permanent.
Your responsibilities
•Liaising with customers, financial institutions and credit managers to ensure the accurate and timely processing of payments by credit card, cheque etc
•Analysing incoming orders for potential fraud risk and following up on fraud trends, including outbound calling to existing customers
•Processing customer related queries regarding payments, refunds and reconciliation
•Following up on underpayments and credit blocked orders
•Supporting Sales Support and Order Management on daily operational issues and problem resolution
•Occasional weekend work may be required
Your profile
•Experience in a similar role a distinct advantage
•Good experience in a customer service role
•Ideally experience in Credit Card Management/Verification/Fraud Analysis
•Fluent German (native level) and fluency in English
•Excellent team player but also able to work on own initiative
•Good organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines
•Leaving Certificate or equivalent required (secondary school qualification)
