My client is looking for a Systems Administrator for its office in Dublin 18. The ideal person will have a minimum of 3 years experience working in a similar role. Below is a summary of the role in question
Salary €40,000 - €50,000+ Package
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
· Experience of providing 3rd level IT support.
· At least 3 years experience in Support and administration · Excellent trouble shooting skills.
· Very good organizational skills.
· Minimum of a diploma in a computer related discipline.
Experience of the following is essential:
* Windows 2003 (Professional & Server) & XP
* Solaris 8/9/10 administration – general Unix administration
* Microsoft Active Directory Services, group policy and security
* DNS / DHCP
* Comprehensive knowledge of hardware and server design considerations.
* IT infrastructure project experience
Desirable Skills:
* Exchange 2003
* Strong knowledge of LANS / WANS/Security Principles
* Checkpoint
* MS SQL or Oracle DBA experience
* Veritas Netbackup
* Vmware
* Cisco
* Net Apps Filers
