This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading Multi National Company in a fast past and dynamic market place. You will perform supportive administrative duties for EMEA HR offices through a HR Shared Services Centre.

Key Responsibilities

- Process administrative requests from EMEA employees and Managers
- Scheduled tasks: Producing reports for management, sending out relevant reminders
- On-demand project supportive tasks
- Perform other related administrative duties as required
- Receive telephone calls, incoming mail and other correspondence and route as appropriate
- Plan and coordinate meetings and special events as required.
- Utilize general business equipment, e.g., fax, copier, in the performance of assigned duties
- Ad-hoc Administration Duties

Requirements

- At least 1-2 years experience working in administration related role
- Excellent Excel, Word and IT Reporting Systems experience
- Good time management, able to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible, responsible and hard-working
- Attention to detail, accurate work, with good speed
- Excellent problem solving skills and highly customer service focused
- Using own initiative
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Fluency in English required as well as Spanish/French and German
