A Client of mine, based in Dublin 4, is currently seeking a contractor.
The role will involve providing global Level 3 support for customer and business partner issues relating my client’s CRM products.
Ideally the person satisfying this role will have a thorough understanding of CRM technologies and how these are utilised in a business environment.
The person satisfying this role must be technically strong and have the ability to find, debug, track and fix problems coming up during implementations and for live customers.
Ideally the person satisfying this role will have a thorough understanding of CRM technologies and how these are utilised in a business environment.
Experience with SQL is a definite plus.
